Zest Bittla helps in the technical evaluation of the software testing tools by:

  • demonstrating the tools
  • assisting while technical evaluation is conducted by the client
  • undertaking proof of capability activities to  assess the adaptability of the tool to client’s requirements

Post-sales Support
Zest Bittla is the first line of support in the post-sale scenarios for customers even as our products come with various support packages from our partner ISVs. We work with the ISV on behalf of the customer to resolve issues.
